Hongyi Group · TYMS Service Apartment is a hotel interior in Shanghai, completed in 2018. The brief invited a quiet, precise read of the operator's identity — a room that holds the brand without performing it, with materials that age and a service plan that breathes. Public spaces and key rooms were composed around natural daylight, controlled silhouettes and finishes calibrated to the climate. The studio's scope covered interior architecture, MEP coordination.
