This is one of twelve services held in-house by Montaigne Design. We do not subcontract the parts of the room that matter most — drawings are produced by our designers, joinery by our workshop, lighting by our team, and procurement is held by us. The contractor builds. We design and supervise.
Engagements typically begin with a private conversation in Dubai or Shanghai. Our minimum project fee is AED 400,000, and we respond within one business day.

Do you design hammams?
We do. Traditional hammam design — heat, steam, stone, and brass — calibrated to residential scale. Wet-room engineering, drainage, and ventilation are resolved before finishes.
What stone do you use for Dubai bathrooms?
Marble, travertine, onyx — selected, slabbed, and book-matched in person. Each stone is tested for the Gulf climate before it is specified.
Can you design a single bathroom?
We take stand-alone bathroom commissions, full master suites, and guest powder rooms. Each is treated with the same level of specification.
