Interior design firms in Dubai, interior designing firms, the best and the top of every list — the vocabulary is crowded and the positioning is nearly identical. This page is not a sales pitch. It is the framework the studio gives clients who are researching across several firms before they sign anything.
Six questions to ask any interior design company in Dubai
The first question separates most of the field: do they design and deliver, or design and hand off? Many interior design firms in Dubai produce beautiful drawings and pass the project to a fit-out contractor who was not in the concept meeting. Ask who holds the budget, the programme and the on-site quality through to handover.
The remaining five: who is the designer who will actually draw your room, and how many projects are they running? What is the margin discipline — is procurement marked up, and by how much? What happens after handover? Can you see a finished project in person, not a render? And what is the process, with a realistic timeline attached? The studio wrote these out in full in the journal.

The studio was founded in Hong Kong in 2011 and is headquartered in Shanghai, with the Dubai office serving the GCC and a branding studio in Singapore. More than twenty years and forty-plus delivered hospitality projects sit behind the residential work — which means the discipline that built five-star hotels is the discipline brought to a private villa.
That three-city model gives the studio access to materials, makers and specialists a Dubai-only firm cannot reach: stone yards in Fujian, brass foundries in Zhejiang, a ten-person joinery workshop hours from the office.
