Dubai Hills Estate is Emaar's largest master-planned community, and the handover condition is bare shell. That means every surface — floor, wall, ceiling, wet area, kitchen, joinery — is the designer's responsibility. The gap between the developer's rendering and the room the family walks into is entirely determined by the quality of the interior practice.
We manage the Emaar NOC and DM permit process as part of the engagement. Approvals, contractor registration, inspection scheduling — these are administrative tasks that we fold into the programme so the client deals with one team, not three.
