We do. Majlis design and family-private quarters are detailed with cultural fluency — women's and men's circulation, qibla orientation, Ramadan and Eid rhythms.
What is the minimum budget for a residential project?
Our minimum project fee is AED 400,000. Typical villa projects range from AED 1 million to AED 10 million depending on area and finish tier.
