What is the minimum fee for an apartment renovation?
Our minimum project fee is AED 400,000 — covering design, procurement oversight, on-site supervision, and twelve-month aftercare.
Can you work within building management restrictions?
We coordinate with building management on permitted working hours, material deliveries, lift bookings, and noise restrictions as standard.
