为希望统一对接、避免协调难题的客户,我们提供整装交付服务。从概念到交付,我们把控预算、进度与品质。
这是 Montaigne Design 内部承担的十二项服务之一。我们不会将房间中最关键的部分外包——图纸由我们的设计师绘制、木作由我们的工厂制作、灯光由我们的团队设计、采购由我们把控。承包商负责施工,我们负责设计与监督。
项目通常始于在迪拜或上海的私下沟通。我们的最低项目预算为 40 万迪拉姆,工作日内一日内回复。

Single Point of Accountability
We hold the budget, the programme, and the quality from concept to handover.
In-House Joinery
Wardrobes, kitchens, vanities produced in our own 10+ person workshop.
FF&E Procurement
Furniture, fittings and equipment specified and procured by us.

We work to a deadline. Compressed programmes are met by adding craft, not subtracting it.

聆听
首次会面,可能的话亲身见面。我们倾听客户所言,以及家庭真正所需。无图纸、无方案——只有专注。
02
现场与简报
我们到现场。测量、解读建筑、核对审批、结构限制、机电、防水及审批风险。书面简报由此产生。
03
概念
以材料、灯光与参考意象——而非渲染图——提出方向。概念确认后,才开始绘图。
04
概念方案与设计深化
图纸在与客户的对话中深化。样板、木作样品、灯光小样。房间在纸上解决,然后才在工地上解决。

招标与采购
招标文件发出。长交期的石材、木作、灯光与家具陈设开始采购。供应商名单由我们把控。
06
现场交付
每周到场。木作安装、饰面施工、问题及早纠正。主创设计师全程参与至完工。
07
交付与售后
完整的交付文件夹——保养手册、供应商联系、保修文件。+3 个月、+12 个月的售后回访。关系不止于项目完工。

Frequently asked
What does design and build mean?
One studio holds the design, the procurement, the on-site delivery, and the aftercare under a single contract. The client deals with one team, not three.
Do you manage the contractor?
We appoint and manage the contractor. Our site team supervises weekly. The principal designer stays involved through completion.
What is included in the aftercare?
A twelve-month aftercare programme — care manual, supplier contacts, warranty documents, and visits at three months and twelve months post-handover.
